Investment Requirements

We provide full transparency and preparation before submitting documents to immigration attorneys:

E-2 Visa: Minimum $100,000–$150,000 investment EB-5 Visa: Minimum $1,050,000 investment & job creation requirement (10+ employees)

Funds must have a clear source (loan, savings, gift, or property sale). We help ensure your investment is properly documented and business-ready.
